A provisional visa that allows invited skilled workers to live and work in designated regional areas of Australia (specified by postcode) for up to five years.
Partner visa (Subclass 820/801 and 309/100)
A visa that allows the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to enter or remain in Australia. The applicant is initially granted a temporary visa and is eligible for permanent residency if the relationship still exists after a two-year waiting period.
Prospective Marriage visa (Subclass 300)
